For those who purchase a cup card, accommodation on hard surfaces in school classrooms in various areas of Eskilstuna is included. We allocate rooms based on the number of participants in each team and calculate the space required for mattresses that are 80 cm wide. We try to place teams from the same club close to each other. We ask that you respect the following rules:

Rules and regulations

The following applies to all participants in the Eskiltuna Basketball Cup:

• All cosumption of alcohol is forbidden. It is forbidden to smoke indoors.
• If any player/coach commits a criminal offense during the tournament, they will be immediately suspended from further participation in the tournament and sent home. They will also be reported to their club, their basketball district, and possibly reported to the police.

The following also applies to all participants with accommodation arranged by Eskilstuna Basket Cup:

• An adult leader must sleep with each team or in close proximity to the room.
• In the event of damage to the premises or if anything breaks in the accommodation, the association/team is responsible for all costs.
• The whiteboard/blackboard may not be used, i.e. it is forbidden to write or scribble on them.
• Do not open any windows when the room will be left empty.
• If requested, show your cupcard to the host/hostess and doorman.
• On Sunday, tidy up the room, put furnitures back in their proper places and have an approval by the host/hostess at the latest 15:00. If this is not accomplished, the association will be charged with a cleaning fee of 1 500 SEK.

For fire safety reasons, we require the names and dates of birth of all guests staying at each accommodation.  Accommodation hosts are available at each accommodation around the clock to assist you. There is also a kiosk at or near each accommodation.
