Arenas
This year, the tournament will be played on 26 courts across 12 arenas throughout Eskilstuna.
Games
- 2010–2013: Games are played in 2 x 12 minutes of effective time. In case of a tie, sudden death applies. Free throws can also decide the outcome in sudden death. Sudden death begins with a jump ball. A and B finals are decided by 3-minute overtime periods until a winner is determined.
- 2014 & 2015: Play Easy Basket with 6 x 5 minutes of running time.
Otherwise, the rules of the Swedish Basketball Federation apply, with exceptions listed under the Rules tab.
Accommodation
Referees can choose between staying at a hotel or sleeping in a school classroom. Staying in a school classroom requires bringing your own sleeping gear. Please let us know your preferred option.
Compensation
- Referees staying at a hotel receive 80 SEK per game.
- Referees staying in a school classroom receive 120 SEK per game.
- Referees arranging their own accommodation receive 120 SEK per game.
Meals
Referees will receive their own cupcards, which include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals will generally be delivered to all arenas at predetermined times — more information will be provided upon arrival. Referees will also receive snack vouchers valid at the tournament’s kiosks.
Travel allowance
In cases of carpooling or special circumstances, travel allowance may be applicable— contact us for more information. We encourage referees to carpool with participating clubs when possible.
Transportation during the weekend
Referees’ cup cards also include access to the cupbuses. For additional transport outside the scheduled routes, please contact the referee coordinator.
